I just wanted to celebrate the fact that my homebrew actually tastes like brew. I won't be foolish enough to believe that it is a beer of high quality, but it is indeed beer. A few weeks ago it tasted like dirty water. So, if you are in the neighborhood, please come by and take a six-pack with you for you drinking pleasure. I'm like a proud parent, and I can't wait to start the next batch.
